Massage Techniques Offered:

Each session is customized to your individual needs using any or all of the following techniques:

Swedish

A gentle, full-body massage, ideal for people who are sensitive to deep pressure. Muscle knots and tension will be alleviated comfortably for complete relaxation.

Deep Tissue

Deep tissue massage is ideal for chronic muscle soreness or injury using a more pressured massage technique. The deep pressure will reach further into the muscle to alleviate tension in the deepest layers.

Trigger Point Therapy

Some areas of muscle tension and tightness develop into what is known as trigger points. This massage focuses on these trigger points, to relieve the tension and reduce pain.

Reflexology

Reflexology focuses on pressure points in the hands and feet to achieve relaxation and comfort. This type of massage is a great option for individuals uncomfortable with full-body massages.

Aromatherapy

In addition to a gentle, soft pressure massage, essential oils are used during aromatherapy massages to increase your mood, decrease stress, anxiety and, in some cases, depression.

Hot Stone Therapy

Hot stone massages are great for alleviating muscle pain, stress and tension, as well as increasing blood flow. The massage therapist will strategically place hot stones and apply different techniques for effective results.

Cupping

Cupping is a technique that utilizes negative pressure to address issues with the fascia and connective tissue, improving muscle function and pain reduction. Cupping is very effective for sciatica and lumbar disc problems.
